A&G Massage Therapy offers direct billing to extended medical benefit insurance.  Please see the list below.
*Please note that we are not taking ICBC Claims at this time.  We accept MSP and if eligible, you will be covered for $23/visit.

In order to bill your treatment through direct billing we will need the following information:  Name of Insurance Provider, Plan/Policy Number and Identification (ID) Number.
