What should I expect on my 1st Visit and What should I bring?

For initial appointments therapists must complete an interview and assessment which can take anywhere from 10-15 minutes depending on the complexity of your case. Afterwards, the therapist will treat you for most of the remaining time. Usually, the therapist will end the massage with roughly 5 minutes left in the appointment. This gives you time to get dressed and for the therapist to re-assess and give appropriate stretches and exercises, if needed.

You will need to complete your intake form and COVID-19 questionnaire prior to your appointment. If you have extended health please bring that information with you so that your therapist can direct bill your insurance.
